Fresh Walleye

We have been blessed with me knowing a friend whose brother is a huge fisherman. He routinely catches his limit, and my friend graciously has shared some walleye with me for our dining pleasure.

The first 2 times we had it, we baked it and then cooked it on the grill with an aluminum foil basket. Both times it was delicious.

But I had been wanting to fry it up. After doing the usual google searches, I selected one that uses a pan fried technique. It turned out to be so quick and easy, that it’s the only way we prepare it now, with me being the chef. Go figure that. Just look at how delicious the finished product looks.
