Remembering Toys and Games from my Childhood

Every once in a while, I will remember something about my childhood and the toys and games we had.

Larry, Pete, me, and Linda.

My parents were not wealthy, but me and my 2 brothers and sister’s childhood years were the best. My sister, Linda, and brother, Larry, were 8 and 5 years older than me, respectively. My brother, Pete, was 1 year younger.

We never lacked toys and games growing up. I don’t know how my parents did it, but Christmas morning was always amazing. Did we get everything we asked for? No. But we always had plenty. And waking up and hurrying from the bed to the tree was always exciting, and we were thrilled to see what Santa brought us.

We had so many great toys and games that I thought it would be a good idea to start remembering them, along with some history and any stories that brought fond memories.

I use this post to build links that will lead you to the story and remembrances of each item. Enjoy. However, before I start, a few more pictures.
